Few experiences in life can compare to an adventure in the Colorado Rockies!  Our trail camp programs offer a chance to take on new challenges, develop new skills and discover God's creation at new heights.  This is a great camp for experienced or inexperienced backpackers alike. 

This camp meets at the trail head, not at Camp Elim.  Campers are sent an equipment list and given recommendations on how to pack and prepare for this adventure camp.  Campers are expected to carry their own packs 15-20 miles through the thick and mountainous forests of the Rocky Mountains, that is why the few and the proud are awarded a special patch upon completion of this extraordinary journey.

For campers who choose to return (which is most everyone!), we offer the 50 Mile Patch, which is awarded to seriously tough hikers who have come back enough times to hike a total of 50 miles. 

Spaces are limited, so register early to reserve your spot.  Unfortunately, we can seldom accommodate all that want to participate in Trail Camp.
