CANCELLATION POLICY FOR COVID-19
In regards to the COVID-19 situation, Camp Elim's policy is to wait until two weeks before the scheduled camp date to make a decision regarding cancellation unless determined before that date by civil mandate. Should you choose to cancel your child's registration before a determination is made, see our refund policy below. Refunds not requested by August 1, 2020, will be forfeited.
Camp's policy is to refund registration fees upon written request to email@example.com.
Please advise if you would like to receive:
a full refund of all registration fees
a partial refund, transferring part of your registration fees to a tax-deductible donation
transfer all of your registration fees to become a tax-deductible donation. For donors living in the state of Colorado, your donation qualifies for the Colorado Childcare Contribution Credit which offers up to 50% of your donation as a credit on taxes due when you file your 2020 income taxes in 2021. This credit is in addition to the benefit you receive on your federal income taxes as Camp Elim is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization.
We know that this has been a difficult season for many of our campers and their families. So, know that we understand your decision completely and look forward to working with your child again in the future.
