Winter Camps provide a refreshing retreat for students in grades 3-12. Each two-night Winter Camp features solid teaching from God’s Word, invigorating worship, lots of delicious food, and a bunch of fun activities and games. Camp Elim is a place where old friends reconnect and new friendships are forged. Our top-notch counselors and staff work hard to ensure that every camper feels safe, included, and loved, so that everyone can be encouraged and challenged by the Good News of Jesus Christ!

High School Winter Camp
High School Winter Camp is an action-packed weekend filled with exciting adventures, outrageous laughter, and compelling teaching. Campers will enjoy a variety of activities and are certain to make life-long friends. Outstanding speakers, group discussion, and passionate worship make Chapel times a highlight for many of our high school campers. This program fills up fast, so don't wait to get registered!

Winter SimulCamp
SimulCamp is a weekend with two separate and distinct programs running simultaneously: one for grade school campers (grades 3-6) and one for middle school campers (grades 6-8). Housing, chapels, and activities will all be separated by age group. For parents with students in both age ranges, that means you only have to make the drive to Camp once this winter!

Middle School Snowball Camp
Middle School Snowball Camp has all the fun of Camp Elim in the winter time, while teaching valuable skills that will enable the campers to face the rigors of life as a teenager.

Grade School Winter Wonderland
Camp Elim offers a well-rounded program of winter fun and excitement conducted in an atmosphere of genuine love and individual care. Through interactive games and chapel sessions, our campers learn a variety of life-skills with an emphasis on spiritual values.

Bring-A-Friend Discount
Bring a friend who has never been to camp before and you each save $5. For each additional new camper that you bring, you save another $5 as well as them receiving the original discount.
Friday Registration
Check-in takes place at Camp Elim from 7:00pm until 8:00pm on Friday evening. Please do not expect to check-in before then. If you must arrive after 8:00pm, please call ahead to make arrangements.
Sunday Check-Out
Check-out on Sunday is at 1:30pm. Arrangements for your camper to get home must be noted in the Camp Office if you are not planning to pick him / her up yourself. We are unable to arrange rides home through the Camp Office.
Please do not pick up your child before 1:30pm without making arrangements in advance. Our staff leaves by 3:00pm, so do try to be here before that time.

Medications - NOTE: Per state regulation, all medications and supplements (including OTC medications, vitamins, supplements, and essential oils) must be turned into the nurse during registration. For more information regarding our medication policy, please contact our office or refer to the information listed on our CampDoc portal.
What Not To Pack

No knives or other weapons

No phones - If a camper needs to contact a parent or guardian, they can come to the office.

No electronics - Our goal is for campers to "unplug" while they're here and minimize distractions.
Cancellation Policy
For weekend retreats, all but $25 will be refunded upon written request if registration is cancelled at least one week before the camp begins. If a cancellation is made within the one week period before the camp begins, all but the $50 deposit will be refunded upon written request. This applies even if the camper is ill due to COVID-19.
