Our seasonal summer and winter staff join us on a volunteer basis. Volunteer staff not only help to run our camp programs, but also have the opportunity to participate in our staff activities, intentional mentorship, and staff-to-staff ministry programs.

Operations Director
The Board of Directors is pursuing the vision to hire a full-time, year-round Operations Director. The person in this role would oversee the day-to-day operations of Camp Elim and the 80+ events we host each year. A job description is available upon request by emailing our office.
