Derick Lehmkuhl

Derick has served at Camp Elim since 2018, first in the role of Volunteer Staff Coordinator, and now on Camp Elim's executive team as the Director of Administration & Staffing. Derick holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, and has worked in youth ministry throughout his career. Derick ministers directly with our volunteer staff and helps to keep Camp Elim in compliance with state licensing regulations. Derick and his wife Genice have a passion for Camp Elim's ministry, both to campers and to the staff members who work here.
